I had an unexpected problem with my Subaru. The Techs were willing to get me right in so that I wouldn't have to drive an unsafe car. As usual they were right on in their analysis of the issue and fixed it promptly. Now I'm smoothly and safely driving my Outback. These people care, and do a great job to boot!

I have been using Northwoods Auto Techs as my primary oil change and auto repair business since I came to the northwoods. They have serviced all three of the cars I have owned in the past 20 years. I just bought a new one and will have all my oil changes and repairs done here, only going to the dealership for recalls and services required by warranty. The personnel are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. All repairs are explained beforehand, options given and questions answered in layman's terms. Costs are very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
