Took care of the problem right away after getting me in for an appointment within a short time that I calledl.

I had an unexpected problem with my Subaru. The Techs were willing to get me right in so that I wouldn't have to drive an unsafe car. As usual they were right on in their analysis of the issue and fixed it promptly. Now I'm smoothly and safely driving my Outback. These people care, and do a great job to boot!
