The service on our Camry was excellent. I was pleased that various items were inspected. The cabin air filter was dirty and was air blown. The engine air filter needed to be replaced.

Very thorough on all items we discussed. All items were repaired and all fluids are replaced with new filters installed on units that were required.

I have taken my 23 year old Volkswagen to Northwoods Auto for the last seven years. Their dedication to find the right car parts , to the techs who diligently work to get the car fixed ..their professionalism..honesty...and work ethic have taken care of me and my car .. Because of these folks I have a running and road safe vehicle... Without these good folks I wouldn't have a car at all. I trust their work, and the prices they quote me to fix my car. I receive phone calls or texts about the progress of work on my car and an estimate of time when the car would be ready to pick up. When I drop my car off for maintenance or a repair..
