This is a first rate shop! We were brought here by AAA after breaking down outside of Rhinelander because Northwoods auto is a AAA trusted partner. After dealing with these guys, I think will only take my cars to AAA partners in the future and probably pay extra to have my car towed here if I ever have issues within 100 miles of the shop! Customer service is excellent! We worked with Roni who went above and beyond when it came to explaining the process and keeping us informed at each point the repair. The garage seems really top notch as well and in addition to addressing the cause of the breakdown, managed to locate and fix issues that would likely have led to a breakdown in the future. I get the feeling that if this was our regular shop, we would not have broken down in the first place. As far as I can tell, the price is fair/honest/reasonable, and work was completed exactly when expected. Great shop!!
