I took my car in for the check engine light and had a diagnostic completed. They found the issue and corrected every single issue. I was very impressed they sent pictures and Toni did a fantastic job of keeping me informed. I will definitely bring my car back if I encounter any service needs. Great place!!

Trustworthy mechanic? YES! I broke down during a cross-country drive and was treated fairly, kindly and with courtesy by this group of exceptional professionals. You are in good hands with Roni who will keep you informed and advocate for your priorities (speed, economy). My ignition work was done with precision and durability. My car was left in this teams' capable hands while I flew home and later returned. I got in my vehicle and drove away with confidence. Thousands of miles later, my ignition was serving me well and without incident. I would 100% put my trust in this business. They are a great group of helpful professionals. These guys definitely got me out of a pinch! We have a 2nd home up here and drove 5 hours only to have our VW die in our driveway. Ronnie took my call after I saw their high Google review rating, and not only got my car looked at and made sure it was completed within 24hrs so we could get back to our primary residence, but she also offered a AAA discount, and if the tow truck couldn't get to me soon, her own suggestion for towing. I don't plan on breaking down up here again, but if I do, Northwoods Auto is where I'll call first!
