Without the reliable friendly service at Northwoods Auto ..I would not have a car that is safe and road worthy.... In doing some safety checks and trying to figure out the noise I was having when turning the steering wheel.... the mechanic staff figured things out and thanks to them , my car will be safe to drive and road worthy . Many thanks to the staff at Northwoods Auto for their friendly service and their mechanical skills. RRMahoney

Again Northwoods Auto Techs has not failed to impress me. I went in for a simple oil change and without any extra charge they checked all my fluids.Lubricated things that I overlooked checked my tires only to find out I have been driving around under inflated tires and a whole list of things at no extra cost. All of this with a smile and a THANK YOU ! I would never consider using anyone but Northwoods Auto Techs. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH !

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to fix my car and updated me multiple times when it was going to take longer than expected. I ended up using their loan service vehicle. They were thorough and walked me through the process to help me understand what happened with my car, including how to maintain my car in the future.
