I have taken my 23 year old Volkswagen to Northwoods Auto for the last seven years. Their dedication to find the right car parts , to the techs who diligently work to get the car fixed ..their professionalism..honesty...and work ethic have taken care of me and my car .. Because of these folks I have a running and road safe vehicle... Without these good folks I wouldn't have a car at all. I trust their work, and the prices they quote me to fix my car. I receive phone calls or texts about the progress of work on my car and an estimate of time when the car would be ready to pick up. When I drop my car off for maintenance or a repair.. I am very glad my car is in the most capable hands and service provider around. Becca Mahoney

We brought our VW Passat TDI in with a DPF light on. Dustin was amazing. He talked to us about options and ultimately got our issue fixed. I found Dustin to be knowledgeable and appreciated that he took the time to explain what was wrong with our car and answer all of our questions. From returning calls and scheduling our appointment to the work that was done on our car, our experience was very positive.
