Everything was done is a timely manor. Recommendations were given on possible work that may need to done in the future. Katie was such a big help with setting things up for our next visit and working with us on getting other work done from another source to have all our work done during a time frame while we are on vacation.

Northwoods Auto Techs has always provided great service. I always like when they take the time to examine what the problem is and offer more than one solution to the problem, sometimes a cost saving solution. The staff is very courteous and friendly as well as professional in what they do. You can tell how a business conducts itself by how clean and neat the main office area is as well as the work areas. This place is CLEAN! Great job guys!

They are pretty good. I like it when they offer to drop you off and pick you up while your vehicle is being worked on. I do a lot of oil changes with them, every 3 or 4 months. They always tell me when something is off or getting old, in advance or when service work is due.
