Have never had a problem setting up schedule for our car.Everyone are very friendly & knowledgable. Katie goes out of her way to let us understand what was done & suggestions are recommended on work that might be needed in the future. She helped us set up a schedule to get our next work done & worked with us to have other work done for our car with another company while we will be out of town on vacation.

Everything was done is a timely manor. Recommendations were given on possible work that may need to done in the future. Katie was such a big help with setting things up for our next visit and working with us on getting other work done from another source to have all our work done during a time frame while we are on vacation.

Northwoods Auto Techs has always provided great service. I always like when they take the time to examine what the problem is and offer more than one solution to the problem, sometimes a cost saving solution. The staff is very courteous and friendly as well as professional in what they do. You can tell how a business conducts itself by how clean and neat the main office area is as well as the work areas.
