We took our car in Northwood Auto Techs to have the brakes replaced. From the time we arrived and scheduled the service to the time we picked up the car, the service was incredibley user friendly. Because we are from out of town, a "loaner" car was provided for our use while our car was in the shop. The staff behind the desk was friendly and professional, and they explained everything in detail that was required to fix our car. They were the best part of our overall experience. I would without hesitation recommend Northwood Auto Techs to anyone requiring work on their car. This was a very good experience.
