Even though the "Toyota" problem couldn't be fixed, the staff in the office and repair shop made every attempt to listen to my issue and find the solution. Soooooooo glad I am no longer having to rely on Toyota service department.

We have always been very satisfied with Northwoods Auto Techs They let us know exactly what they did and keep us abreast of things that may need to be done in the future. I liked the pamphlet thing that showed all the tests you did and the results. It is nice that they have a loaner car so I can get some errands done while they service the car.
