Extremely happy with the tech catching the bad ball joint(recently replaced). Wish we didn't have to catch an error on the bill in which we were charged for tire rotation when that is in fact included with our tire purchase. If we wouldn't have caught the error we would have been charged for the tire rotation. We had a similar incident a couple months back. Big supporters of Paul and Katie and continue to refer business.
