After driving for two hours to go to an important early morning doctor appointment in Wausau, our vehicle broke down in Rhinelander. After being towed to Northwoods Auto Techs for repair, the owner, Paul Marquardt, and the receptionist, never having met us before, went out of their way to help us. Even though it was near closing time for them, they immediately called and arranged a rental car reservation for us before the rental agency closed in half an hour and then Mr. Marquardt DROVE us there, while the receptionist took our dog into their shop and watched her for us! After the stress of having to go back-and-forth to Wausau and Minneapolis for various medical appointments, over the past two months, and then breaking down on this trip, it was a God-send to meet these people, angels out of the blue. With their help, we were on the road within a few hours of our breakdown! Through their kind actions and generosity towards complete strangers, we are confident that they are honest, hard-working, and trustworthy people!
