When your only mode of transportation is not working properly, it is very stressful. Roni answered the phone right away and took a risk letting me know the cost of a problem they haven't even assessed yet. They got me in the same day and the cost was under what was estimated. They also insured everything was ok by asking I come back after 50-100 miles. Overall the service was excellent and my car is running smoothly once again. Thank you!!!

I brought my Nissan in for a tire sensor problem. Dustin found it was just to reset the sensor and there was no charge. I have been bringing my cars to Northwoods Auto Techs for a long time. Thank you.

Our car went in for a brake problem - they checked it out and it only required minimal work, which saved us money

I had a Mini-Cooper repaired by Northwoods. It was a difficult part to find but tech representative, Roni diligently searched and found it. Thanks to Dustin, the mechanic who repaired our car and returned it in clean condition free of grease. I would highly recommend their repair service to anyone!

I was traveling from out of the area. My 2010 Subaru outback had brake and other issues. It was late in the day so for the next morning they assigned a tech named Lucas. I was extra lucky because he had Subaru experience. He did a very thorough inspection. Besides the brake issues he found issues in the front end also. He took care of both these issues. I was very appreciative since I have been doing allot of camping and driving. Lucas identifying the issue gives me more peace of mind for my upcoming trips. The whole experience was refreshing. The whole group also was friendly and helpful.

Just a total great experience. I'm from out of town and they were nothing but very helpful. Plan on going back even though I'm about 70miles away.
