Northwoods is a quality repair shop with a very friendly & informed staff. As a bonus, the waiting area is very nice if you have to wait while they are servicing your vehicle.

These people do a wonderful job of explaining exactly what the problem is, while at the same time keeping me informed as to any changes along the way. TOP-NOTCH!!!

Ronnie was very helpful, and she worked to get my sister's car in the shop quickly. The shop did a great job inspecting the vehicle, and they made recommendations that were backed up by explanations. I also appreciate them only charging me for the actual time for diagnostics. Really appreciate the assistance!!

We bought a used FJ recently, and shortly thereafter a check engine light came on. We took it to Northwoods, because they’ve been our trusted mechanics for 8 years. We’re always impressed with the work, as well as communicating with Rachel in the office. She is as knowledgeable about the vehicles, as if one were speaking to the actual mechanic. Yup, definitely 5 stars!
