I am a new customer-recently moved to Rhinelander-and I couldn't be more pleased with regard to the quality of work done,the honesty regarding billing and the overall friendliness of the staff. And a loaner car is available if you need one -no cost to you.

Once again, the Nortwoods Auto Tech team worked hard to solve a thorny problem with my Nissan truck. Nissan decided to stop selling parts for my truck's differential, and instead offered only to sell a complete differential at considerably more cost than a rebuild. Northwoods worked with me to locate the needed parts in the aftermarket and complete the rebuild. I give Nissan negative five stars and Northwoods Auto Techs positive five stars.
