Very accomodating. I didn’t have an appointment and I needed a taillight directional bulb replaced. I was traveling out of town the next day. A technician took care of my problem pronto.

Excellent customer and vehicle service without trying to over-sell unnecessary goods or services. Went there for the first time upon recommendations from others, and will certainly be going to Northwoods Auto for future maintenance of our vehicles.

The girls at Northwoods worked to have my recent repairs covered by my extended warranty. The girls learned that previous diagnostics, I paid for, should also be covered. I called to claim the $41.25. When they tried to talk in circles and blame my mechanic. I called them. They always go adove and beyond.
