I gave the business and staff 5 stars again for their knowledge, honesty and pleasant dispositions. In this cold weather our vehicles are being put to the test and when mine didn't meet that challenge the crew at Northwoods Auto Tech serviced it at the earliest possible chance. We have always had very good service every time we have brought our vehicles in for service. Everything that needs to be done is explained to us and any issues that arise are discussed with us before fixing them. The office staff is very welcoming and friendly and we are very happy with our dealings with them
