I've been taking our Volkswagen to Northwoods Auto Techs for many years. They've always provided great service on the vehicle and, more than that, great communication and customer service. Roni at the front desk is wonderful. My recent visit was an interesting one: I've had an electrical issue with the car since the last heavy rain. I dropped off my car this morning, and I got a call in the afternoon explaining that one of the technicians, Lucas, had identified the underlying issue was standing water in the vehicle. Rather than continue with a very costly diagnostic, they let me know the problem so I could have the chance to address the water issue first. Thank you, Lucas and Northwoods Auto Techs, for identifying this problem and not charging me at all for the diagnostic work that was already done and saving me a lot of trouble and money. It's much appreciated!
