We are new to the area and had been working with another mechanic. We had an instance of noticing a ticking from our traverse and believed it was the timing chain. We were told from the other business that it was normal wear and tear. My husband ended up stranded and the engine ruined because this was incorrect. This is what prompted our switch and I can say I was BLOWN away by Northwoods auto techs. The inspection was so great, it was very nice to have the green yellow red ratings of things. It's nice to have a warning of the yellow issues to prepare it will need fixing in the future. RONI WAS AMAZING!! she was so knowledgeable and polite. We got our car in and fixed in the timely manner and the work was superb!! I have been recommending you guys to everyone. Thanks for all your hard work! It is noticed!!

Staff really seems sincere as to who you are, and about the work they do. Explained everything they were going to be doing, and showed you specifically how it was going to be done. Thank you!!!

A tire rotation and brake inspection turned up some major concerns. The techs found a broken leaf spring and a cracked control arm with a worn ball joint. Thank goodness they discovered those serious issues.
