I like bringing my Lexus here for routine maintenance. The people at the front desk are very friendly and informative. They clearly communicate the work they will be doing on my car and what the cost will be before the work is done. When the service is completed I receive a detailed printout of the work that was done to keep for my records. They told me they would call me by the end of the day to let me know if my car would be ready to pick up by 9:00am the following morning. They forgot to contact me before 5:00pm, (they were probably very busy and didn't have time to call me during normal business hours) however the lady behind the counter called me during her drive home to let me know my car would be ready to pick up at 9:00am. She didn't have to do that! They are very personable and provide great service! I recommend them!

They were able to get our Navigator repaired faster than they had initially thought. They stayed in contact with us through the process and we were able to retrieve our vehicle after hours if need be because of my work schedule. The process to pay online was easy. What they quoted for repairs was accurate. This was our first experience with this repair shop and we would use them again.

Knowledgeable , courteous (always friendly; recommended a tow from a service that came in under 15 minutes, when AAA gave a 2 hr wait), thorough (since the vehicle ran fine the next morning, techs analyzed the potential problems and found a questionable fuel pump waveform that indicates "end of life" which I confirmed with my super reliable, totally trustworthy, hometown tech), cautious (quoted everything meticulously and let me know if there was risk with the estimate). Stayed within the quote and even beat it by $150... and gave a 10% reduction for repair labor for being a AAA member. If I lived in or near Rhinelander, I'd get my vehicle maintenance done here.
