Second time bringing my Audi here...and no complaints whatsoever. Very thorough write-ups in terms of estimates and work performed/recommended, and great communication from the front office employees. Both visits met or exceeded my expectations in terms of diagnosing problems and getting the car running smoothly again. We were very pleased with Northwoods Auto Tech and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service to their vehicle. They were able to solve an issue that two other Automobile Repair Service Shops were not able to discover. The mechanics were very determined to find and fix the problem with our car. The staff is very friendly and helpful and kept us up to date as needed as to what was happening and letting us know the timing of everything they worked on. We were very happy with getting the issue solved!
