Where to start....hmmmm. Brought my 2017 F150 in for a diagnosis on a random misfire. Turns out my cam phasers and solenoids were on their way out. Timing set was getting close to replacement mileage also. I was recommended to them by a buddy and I could not be happier with how this all transpired. I walked in and was greeted with a smile by Roni. Great communication and compassion was my first impression of her. I expected that to be all but throughout this situation she was stellar! Dustin came out and I took him for a road test and explained the symptoms and the maintenance I had previously done before this started happening. Dustin listened to everything I had to say and we even shared a few laughs during the discussion. Scheduled the repair and a few days later left with a free loaner to still be able to get around. 2 days later get the truck back and all was well. About a week later it started running rough again. Called and went back in for a diagnosis. Turns out 1 of the new phasers had failed. This didn't bother me as nothing is always perfect from the manufacturer. We scheduled the warranty repair and I again left with the loaner. I had a snowmobile event on the 18th of February and forgot my helmet in the truck. Roni had John go to the shop...on a saturday...and get my helmet for me! I was floored and yet again impressed. Thank you John, that made my day! Got the truck back and it is running better now than the last 2 years I've owned it. These folks excell with communication, honesty, compassion, and overall service to their customers. Their warranty they have is also the best in town without contest! I can't think of a time I had a new to me shop experience and was left with nothing bad to feel or say at all. Give them a shot and I can promise you won't be disappointed! Good hardworking honest folks that actually care.

Second time bringing my Audi here...and no complaints whatsoever. Very thorough write-ups in terms of estimates and work performed/recommended, and great communication from the front office employees. Both visits met or exceeded my expectations in terms of diagnosing problems and getting the car running smoothly again.
