The have the best staff, customer sevice and techs Roni works wonders and very helpful and does a great job everytime i bring my car for service it gets done right the first time unlike other places i previously went to thank you for always being available for me

From the time I walked in the door until I left I was treated like I mattered. As far as the repairs, as of now I have no complaints (only been one day). But I was also told of a couple of things I might want to look into (minor). As far as I can tell the technician was very professional and careful with my vehicle (time will tell). Also liked that I was given a loaner car while my repairs were being performed. Even though I only drove it home and back. All in all it was a great experience and I will choose Northwoods for future repairs.
